Dominic accepts briefs in all areas of law, particularly public and administrative law, criminal law, and civil law.
Prior to coming to the bar, Dominic was a Senior Solicitor at the Crown Solicitor’s Office (CSO). At the CSO he had carriage of parole, high risk offender, coronial, judicial review, and public interest immunity matters. He was also the Mental Health Review Tribunal co-ordinator at the CSO.
Dominic was also a solicitor with the NSW Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, where he worked in the Targeted Assistance Group. Dominic has also worked as a solicitor in regional NSW, where he practiced in criminal, civil, family, employment, and administrative law.
Dominic holds a Master of Laws (Public Law) from the Australian National University, where he placed first in constitutional law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.
