Dominic accepts briefs across all areas of law. His practice includes public and administrative law, human rights and discrimination, class actions, environmental law and criminal law. He is especially interested in the intersection of law and mental health, and in trauma-informed practice.

Dominic holds a Master of Laws (Public Law) from the Australian National University, where he placed first in constitutional law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney. He is a Teaching Fellow at the University of New South Wales, where he has taught administrative law and constitutional law. Dominic has published on administrative law and space law, and has presented at national and international conferences.

Before coming to the bar, Dominic was a senior solicitor at the Crown Solicitor’s Office, with carriage of post-sentence and coronial matters. He has also worked as a solicitor at the NSW Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, and as a solicitor in a regional law firm.
