Dominic accepts briefs across all areas of law, with a particular focus on public and administrative law, human rights and discrimination, environment, employment, and criminal law. His public law practice has a strong focus on refugee law and human rights.

Dominic is especially interested in the intersection of law and mental health, and in trauma-informed practice.

Dominic holds a Master of Laws (Public Law) from the Australian National University, where he placed first in constitutional law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney. He is a casual academic at the University of New South Wales, where he assists in teaching administrative law. He also has experience in space law, having presented research on space launch regulation at the IISL Symposium on the Law of Outer Space at the 2024 International Aeronautical Convention in Milan.

Before coming to the bar, Dominic was a senior solicitor at the Crown Solicitor’s Office, with carriage of post-sentence and coronial matters. He also worked as a solicitor at the NSW Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, and as a solicitor at a regional law firm.
