Jessica is an experienced litigator and advocate with experience in civil, criminal and administrative law.
As a solicitor, she regularly appeared as an advocate in the Local and District Courts in civil and criminal proceedings on behalf of plaintiffs, prosecutors and defendants, including in summary hearings, sentences, appeals and contested Motions. She has performed work for a wide range of private, insurer and government clients and has experience acting for doctors in proceedings before the Medical Council and NCAT.
Jessica accepts briefs in all areas of law, with a particular focus on criminal law, administrative law, common law, tort/negligence and appellate law.
