Dr Tamsin Waterhouse was called to the Bar in 2021, and has a particular interest in health related law, as well as aged care and disability matters.
Before coming to the Bar, Tamsin worked as a clinical doctor including with the Australian Defence Force and in a remote Aboriginal community. She then specialised in medical management and qualified in law, being admitted to practise as a solicitor in 2015. Tamsin has managed hospitals and has held senior medical and legal executive roles for two large Local Health Districts.
Tamsin is currently counsel assisting for the NSW Special Commission of Inquiry into Health Care Funding and is a member of the NSW Voluntary Assisted Dying Board.
