Toshi Weller-Wong primarily practises in criminal law focussing on trial and appeal work. He has represented clients charged with offences including murder, manslaughter, drug trafficking, firearms (possession, use, supply, and importation), serious assaults, contempt of Court, kidnapping, complex fraud, and sexual offences. Toshi is often approached to provide advice on complex evidentiary issues, appeals, and other complex legal matters.
Toshi maintains a practice in regulatory crime and proceedings ancillary to criminal matters such as summonses to appear before the NSW or Australian Crime Commissions, applications pursuant to the Crimes High Risk Offender legislation and the Terrorism High Risk Offender legislation, intentional torts against police, asset confiscation, inquests, and professional discipline matters.
